New layout Up!!

{nl}Ok so the new layout is up! I hope you all enjoy it. Please leave comments on what you think. Pretty but what's going on with the forum? I haven't been able to get in for the past couple of weeks. It's a 'sorry guest, you've been banned' message. I can't even get to the login/register section. Help!
